We'll send you email updates at just about every step of your order's journey. You can also track it by providing your order number and postal code.

- Express Air is the shipping option for orders shipping to Nunavut, Yukon or the Northwest Territories and is exclusive to these regions.

What are GLOBO Rewards?
GLOBO Rewards is a free loyalty program that allows you to collect points for every dollar you spend (before tax) at any of our stores or online. Points will then be exchanged for dollar vouchers that can be redeemed on future purchases.
Earn 100 points for signing-up
- 100 points = 5$ voucher
- 200 points = 10$
- 300 points = 15$
- 400 points = 20$
- 500 points = 25$
Once these points have been earned, an email will be sent to you every quarter.

Do you have a shoe repair service?
Unfortunately we do not have a shoe repair service but we do have a 90 day defective policy to make any exchanges or refunds. Exceptions may applied on branded merchandise. Please head to your local store with a copy of your receipt and the item in its original packaging to get it evaluated by a store manager. Alternatively for online orders, you may also send us pictures of the item with the logo, your receipt and a brief description of the defect via our chat option and we'll gladly assist you.
Why did my order get cancelled?
